    7/30/20 Had teeth pulled and fitted for dentures. After a few weeks of discomfort and not able to eat contacted the dental office. Dental office made adjustments and Softliners were put in on 8/14. Still was having problems with dentures not fitting properly and causing pain. Made many attempts to get the dental office to help but was told they could see no issues. Mouth would bleed and could not eat. Was told if I get partials that should align the mouth and fix the problem. Payed 1,379$ for the partials on 3/28/2022. Continued to have the same issues with not being able to eat, extreme pain and having difficulties talking. Continued to call the office and go in to have them fix both the dentures and partials.The last time I went to have them adjusted was 7/27/22. They never got them corrected for two years. Went to another dentist to get remaining bottom teeth cleaned and explained to the dentist the years I have not been able to eat and the weight I have lost. Dr. Harris examined the denture and the partial, and said they in deed did not fit my mouth and needed to be redone. I have paid 2,079$ for dentures plus partial and can not use them. I wa not treated with disrespect by a few of the techs and made to feel like I was just complaining to be complaining. I would like this office pay for me to get all this done over at another denture maker.
