    I placed an order number **** on November 28 of 2022 purchasing the following product: EGO Power +HTXXXX XX inch Brushless 56-Volt Cordless Hedge Trimmer, Battery and Charger not included, for the total of $68.98.
    Never received from them any information about the tracking #. Just wrote them two emails asking for it and they never got back to me (*******@panddsy.shop).
    They do not have any phone number informed on their web site and it looks like a scam internet store.
    I am asking you please to help me out with this issue delivering this order as soon as possible or refund the full amount already paid for them.

    I placed an order on the panddsy.shop website and paid for it it via a prepaid card. Payment was through Square. I received a payment confirm from "Leesa" (attached). I did not receive any order confirm. I tried to contact the vendor by email (there is no phone #), but they have gone cold. No response.

    I have disputed my payment with Amex (my card company).

    This is a fraudulent website and needs to be shut down.
