all their tenants. They just find an excuse and don't refund tenant's security deposit.I have any kind of evidences, documents and witnesses.I asked them many times to refund my security deposit but they ignored me.Finally,I decided to complain them to you.Because they have lawyers and they know,Tenants neither have lawyer nor tenants never spend too much money to hire a lawyer. Also,I calculated if they steal each tenant's security deposit and if we think, they have 10 tenants;they steal from $12.000 from tenants for a year. And if they continue this next 10 years, they will put their packet $********** means, tenants' security deposit will buy them one house. On the other hand,I'm not talking about their tax ********** a result, they evade taxes from *************,***************,******** State and federal government.I need your help because of these problems I described. If you need anything like pictures, witnesses;I can send them immediately.Other reason is im not us citizen and im muslim.!

    Tarkan,
Per our previous communication, the wall facing the garage door was damaged.

We are not sure how the damage occurred, but one possibility is the space available was misjudged when parking and a car bumper hit the wall. Again, we do not know. Regardless, the damage required the sheetrock to be replaced and painted. It was not damaged when you moved in otherwise you would have complained.

Since you have pictures and videos from when you moved in, please send one showing the existence of the damage when you moved in, and we will adjust the charge.

In addition, we have a third-party management company, maintain the property (do the repairs) and lease the property. They have done so for several years. They are professionals and would not have leased the unit to a tenant with a damaged wall.

     Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because:   When I moved Landlord's house, I invited them to show damages when I moved to their house. They sent their ******* whose name is ******. I showed him all of them and he told me that he knows everything, and he will share with landlord. Also, I cleaned garage and house, but they charged me cleaning house and cleaning garage. I took 50 pictures when I moved from their property. On the other hand, I invited 4-5 people as a witness to house, so they saw this house is clean and no damage except the damages before I moved.
Therefore, either landlord's real estate agency fool landlord, or landlord try to fool us. Whenever you want, I can send all pictures and witnesses' names and phone numbers.

Also, if there are so many problems with your house, why do you put a rent sign in the garden the next day? I think this situation is a tactic found by the landlord or the landlord's real estate agent to avoid returning the tenants' deposits.

I had explained this situation with a serious example. After conducting some calculations, I found that if a landlord were to misappropriate each tenant's security deposit and had a total of 10 tenants, they would potentially siphon $12,000 from them over the course of one year. If this practice continued for a decade, the total amount could reach $120,000, which could effectively enable them to purchase a single property using these stolen funds. Furthermore, it is important to note that this situation also raises concerns regarding tax evasion, as they won't pay taxes owed to *************, ***************, the state of ********, and the federal government.

For the last time - the issue is the damaged wall. You admit it was damaged. We say you damaged it because it was not damaged when you moved in. You claim it was damaged before and that you have pictures/ videos showing the damage when you first moved in. Send us a picture of this.

Usually, tenants take pictures as proof of preexisting damage. Since you said you have pictures and videos from when you moved in, please send one picture showing the existence of the damage when you moved in, and we will adjust the charge. You sent numerous pictures, but none are of the wall that you damaged. And this is because the damage was NOT there when you moved in. You damaged the wall after you moved in. The repair is therefore your responsibility.

Attached is the invoice you were sent.

Because of i attached all documents, I don't attach anything else. But after all landlord's answer, i can just say that landlord and their real estate agent is liar, and this is a fraud. Because I wrote when I moved, I showed everything to their handyman ******, but landlord can't ask him because landlord knows handyman ******** answer. on the other hand, another lie is about to clean house and garage. As you see all pictures shows house is clean, garage is clean, but landlord charged cleaning fee for house and garage. So, landlord lies about damage and cleaning. I will complain landlord and real estate agency to all legal authorities with my evidence and witnesses if you refund my deposit.
