    I returned an item to WorldWeidner ************************************. The **** tracking number says the package arrived on March 25*****. The World Weidner company says it was not recieved until after April 1 ***** which would make it too late for me to recieve a refund

    6-JanMachine jammed up; ****** case was skewed (sideways in the machine)7-JanCalled to check on how to send back for warranty. Was informed the bobbin case needed to be replaced and was not under warranty, also they did not have the bobbin case in stock.8-JanOrdered a new bobbin case at $72.05 (Genuine Juki Part)16-JanReceived new bobbin case.18-Jan Put the new bobbin case in the machine. Now when I try to sew the bobbin thread is not picking up.18-JanCalled told World Weidner, machine still not working, told to ship it back to them for warranty service; pay for shipping. They will pay return shipping. The turn around time is 1-3 days.19-Jan Shipped the machine back to World Weidner at a cost of $70.24-Jan Machine was received by World Weidner.30-Jan (Chat) checked on return and asked for status:5-Feb (Chat) No response to my chat inquiry.5-Feb Called, spoke to *****************************, The machine was never shipped. He told me the machine was ready to ship again After a very long wait he gave me the tracking number. He Faxed tracking number. Hi ******, Here is the tracking number I was given for your return: 1ZX588Y34291998818. Thank you, *******, World Weidner Website specialist,*****************************************. ***********************-Feb Tracked shipment through *** Label Created machine has not been shipped.10-Feb Received the machine back.11-Feb Started to use machine, made a clicking sound but stitch was fine. The auto cutter was not cutting the bobbin thread. After a short time it started to drop bobbin thread again. sewing machine made loud snapping sound; machine jammed up and bobbin case was skewed (sideways in the machine)12-Feb Called to let them know problems. They refuse to refund or replace. I have to resend the machine back at my cost. Let them know that in ********** that I don't have to pay for shipping under the California Song-******* Consumer Warranty Act. His answer: he studied law and would now if there was such a law. When I told him I will not pay to have it shipped back and will take additional action he sad I did nothing but yell at him about the machine I broke. he then hung up on me. I never once raised my voice.

    I originally put my order in on the 27th of November. The monies came out of my account on the 28th of November. I received one email from them. The original placement order. I waited two weeks no package. I've called emailed sent Facebook messages and left messages on the machine. Nothing from them has been answered. I paid them $193 for products I've never received. I want my money back. This business is a terrible business to work with!
