    I arrived at their office and spoke with a designer named Casey. I was misled from the beginning come to find out and the quotation for the work was only for the design not for the print out of the vinyl the materials or the installation. I really spent a lot of time about 45 minutes with Casey drawing out a plan and a diagram of what I was looking for and was given repetitive confirmation that a proof would be provided to me in one week's time. I didn't hear anything and approximately 6 days I contacted Casey and I was told that my project was bumped due to larger projects needing to be completed. The proof that I was given on my design was completely immature and not what I asked for originally even with the drawing diagram and the excessive amount of time I spent speaking with Casey about this initially but no notes were taken at the time, originally. I truly felt as if my project was not worth their time and attention and I was treated extremely poor and I also feel that I was treated in a hostile manner and I also feel that they are only interested in a bait and switch which was providing me with a low quotation for the design and not giving me the information of what the total package would be so I can make an informed opinion. If I had known that we were looking at several hundreds of dollars for my small project I would have went away and not pursued it. I have found a local vendor who is providing me with a refined quotation that includes the vinyl the print and the installation for a fair and reasonable upfront cost. I feel that this company should try harder on their customer service and work on their manners.
