    On September 28 2024 I went up to pioneer auto of ********** to purchase a vehicle,I was looking at specific car which was a 2012 Buick lacrosse.I purchased the car and ***** mins later after leaving the lot the car broke down. I hadnt even put 20 miles on the vehicle. I tried calling the dealership and nobody returned my calls,eventually they answered and told me to call the warranty company . Eventually all members of pioneer auto blocked my cell and avoided me like the plague.( why would they block me if they did nothing wrong)I did some deep digging and uncovered that they recently tried selling the exact car 3 weeks prior NEWS FLASH it had the exact problems Im dealing with.I messaged the person who had previously bought the car( found her from an old post pioneer had deleted) and she had told me that she told them about the problem and they did nothing for 3 weeks. She eventually asked for her money back and they did the right thing. Exactly 3 days later they sold the car to me for an extra 1000$. I dont want a million dollars or their dealership I just want whats right to be done at the end up of the day As of October ******************************************************** on everything. I hope this can get resolved as I can not afford to fix the 5 thousand in repairs , I have found hundreds of victims that have been screwed over by this business ,please call me back
