    I would give zero stars, no, negative stars if possible. These folks drug their feet, ignore numerous calls, said "he will call you before he leaves today" or "he will call you back" when they would answer. The receptionist cant answer a single question, they have no schedule and all he had to do what rewrite a legal discription on land he had already surveyed. Instead of good customer service, we got ignored and blown off. AVOID AT ALL COST! We are now a week from closing and having to hire a new surveyor to redo his work. This review is also being followed up with a call to the BBB. Ive NEVER seen such blatant disregard for customer service. He has a card with multiple points of contact. When trying to call the cell, it would be declined almost immediately not straight to voicemail like out of service area. Terrible, terrible, terrible. No one should have to chase you down for information. Brett apparently was not communicating with Emily because all she could do was "leave a note on his desk" and she leaves before he gets in for the night so she cant actually talk to him. This company gives small town locally owned a bad name!!!!
