An alarm light was on for my septic and I called Triple R Septic out to look at it, Tyler ******** told me that I need new lateral lines or a new aerobic system. I verbally contracted Triple R Septic, via Tyler ********, on 4/29/2022 to install an Aerobic Septic System that was DEQ compliant, to pump the existing system upon completion of the install, crush and backfill the original septic at my address with a 2 year warranty on all work. Deposit was paid to Triple R Septic over the phone with McKinzie ******** taking the payment information for $2,500.00 on 4/29/2022. Tyler ******** provided months of numerous excuses and lies as to why the schedule was being delayed and was never able to obtain approval from the DEQ to dig. I have been requesting the $2,500.00 deposit be returned since 7/25/2022 and always get an excuse right before we are supposed to meet or Tyler is to deliver the money. I just had JT Septic come out and inspect my septic system and everything is working normally, so I don't actually need any work done!!!

We hired Triple R Septic, Tyler and ******** Richards to build a pad for a mobile home and install a septic system. We paid $5500 for the septic install and $3300 for 8 loads of shale and 3 loads of dirt. I told him I would pay the rest when the job was done as he said his father in law had a dozer. A few days later he said he needed $2900 for the dozer rental to get started, that they weren't charging for labor. Against my better judgment, I gave him the money. Hindsight it was a clear manipulation.
We didn't see him for nearly 6 weeks. Family deaths, car accidents, doctors appointments, church, car problems, equipment problems, the list is unending. I moved vehicles and waited on the property every single day for six weeks. THEN upon threat of Felony charges, Tyler showed up with a bobcat and pushed our own dirt in the hole claiming he was "making a pad for the dozer". Obviously he thinks I am stupid.
At that point, I confronted him, and he admitted he didn't have our money and couldn't do the job he was hired to do. Then we began the refund process. Same routine. Multiple text messages, excuses etc. daily. We drove to his bank to meet him and "get our money" and his grandmother gave us a $5,000 to hold. We did and cashed it days after the date to give him a chance to buy it back. Now over a week later we are still trying to get the rest. Every day more excuses as to why we don't have our money back. Do NOT use this company or trust either of these people. BTW the $5500 check was made to the wife who endorsed it. Tyler claims she left him and she has our money and wont return it. What the truth is we have absolutely no idea. We just need a refund. We are putting in a house for a friend who is dying of cancer so we can care for him. Tyler knew this. It didn't matter to him. Now the project is delayed 2 months and we don't have the money to finish or fix his mess. It will cost more to fix now.

This business refunded most of my money the day after I filed charges. Charges have been dropped. They still owe me $1200 which was the amount I (kindly) agreed to pay for the bobcat work, but later was told it all has to be redone.
