    Purchased a trailer from these guys and they REFUSE TO GET MY TAGS. I have no proof of ownership, they got paid. I called several times-owner is COMPLETELY RUDE/SALES PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND SAY NOT THEIR PROBLEM. I GOT A 300 DOLLAR TICKET AND PUT IN HANDCUFFS AS POLICE THOUGHT THE TRAILER WAS STOLEN!!!!!!!!!!!! i WANT THE TICKET PAID, MONEY IT WILL COST ME FOR AN ATTORNEY AND MY FAMN PLATES.

    ****************** purchased his trailer through a lease to own company. We've reached out to try to mediate but, due to being hung up on, we haven't been as successful as we would like to be towards finding a resolution. **************** is taken very seriously at our company and we always try to help resolve issues even if they aren't in our direct control. All customers that purchase trailers through any lease to own or rent to own company have contracts and documentation that show they are rightfully in possession of the trailer. We never want any customer to think if they are having a problem it is not our problem. We are always more than happy to help in any way we can. If we can assist any further, ****************** can feel free to reach out to our office and we will do our best to help.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I have called several times both parties and now have sent certified demand letter to ********** and Silverline trailers. Nothing has been corrected and we STILL HAVE NO TAGS OR PROOF OF OWNERSHIP. The trailer was sold THROUGH SLIVERLINE AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PLATES-AS ANY DEALER IN ********- IT IS ILLEGAL TO SELL A VEHICLE FROM A DEALER WITHOUT PLATES. I now have owned this trailer for 3/4 months and CANNOT USE IT AND I AM PAYING EVERY MONTH FOR IT. Fix the problem with tags by Friday, the 23rd of March, 2024 or we will proceed with court proceedings. I want the 3 months I have paid @775 each month given back to me as I have paid for something I cannot legally use.
