    On 02/11/2024 we picked up a Puppy from *********************************** and ******** Golden and Doodles. That she had advertised on Puppies.com. We paid her $600.00 in cash. She was their with her son. We took the puppy home. And we called her in a couple days because the puppy was real wired. And she had mentioned that to us. I told her we have two Lhasa Apsos at home that are very territorial. So we tried to introduce the puppy to them. Since the puppy was wired jumping and playing. The girls we have didn't like that. So we called *******. So she mentioned again that she had ***** that was a little smaller a more calm that would work out better. So we went over and got *****. But she made it clear. Because of our girls are very close to us. If they get a little aggressive. And continue. We need to call her and remove *****. So we did. So now we're waiting for our refund. Noting was mentioned about no refunds. No contract or Bill of Sale was signed.We paid ******* $600.00 Cash.Provide me a puppy that would be safe in my home. She mentioned if that wasen't the case to call her. That the puppy would have to be removed.Refund of the purchase of the puppy $600.00 Business has not responded to my phone calls or text messages.No Account Number or Tracting Number...Business has no License and nothing was signed.Ad was on Puppies.com beginning part of Feb/2024

    Feb 2024 Business has not returned calls Business had no license to do business at the time Sent all the information to Mayor ******* of Salina Nothing was said that there was no refund... Because no documents were signed. It was like selling Puppies out of the back of a Pickup Truck like you see at the Supermarkets. Or people selling products. No license... Selling Puppies since 2019.. Pictures show all the puppies she sold without following the law. And maybe not even paying taxes on the sales.
