    Ive talked to them again and they keep telling me they are waiting for the check to clear. Its been 13 days since it was cashed and my bank says its clear. They are wanting to hold the invoice because I was drastically over changed and they know Im going to put it out for people to see. She told me on the phone if I took my review down Id get my invoice.

    As I explained to ************************* previously on the phone and in emails. He threatened to cancel the check at time of service to my technician and also ****************************** wife. I let ************************* know that once the bank cleared the check, I would send the invoice. The bank said 15 days from time of deposit which was 8/15/2024. An associate from the bank, *******, confirmed this morning that I had the green light to email the paid invoice to ************************** and I in fact did as I told him previously in emails, this morning. Had ************************** not cussed at and threatened to cancel the check, we wouldn't even be in this position.

    No one ever said anything about canceling a check. Canceling a $951 check and causing problems with my business was never an option.  If your technicians told you that it was a bald face lie. However thats not my business. All I wanted was an invoice. Ampco treated this like I wanted a paid in full receipt. I guess they assume they are the same. I dont know. But all I wanted was an invoice. So problem solved the hard way I guess.
