    On October 4, 2024, I signed a contract to purchase a used Lofted Barn measuring 12x40. The contract specifies that "property" refers to the leased property described, which includes several add-ons such as: (3) 2x3 Single Pane Windows (economy), 12' wide walls with Infinity Shield insulation, a 12' wide x 4' porch, a 3'9 lite door, a basic electrical package, and a mini-split 12K BTU installed (120W).My building was delivered on October 10, 2024. However, when the delivery driver called to let me know he was on his way, he informed me that the mini-split was missing. I then contacted Ignite and was given ********** contact information, as I was told hes the sales manager. Unfortunately, my experience with him was quite unpleasant; he was rude and told me that I purchased the building "as is" and it was my fault for not receiving the mini-split.After I requested a copy of my contract, **** called back and mentioned he would have a mini-split delivered either that Friday or Monday (the 11th or the 14th). I agreed to this arrangement and allowed the building to be ************ of today, October 22, 2024, I still have not received the mini-split. Each time I call for an update, Ive faced rudeness and was told they are "doing me a favor" by providing the mini-split. **** continues to claim my contract states "as is" and makes no mention of the ************* my lawyer's instruction, I contacted Ignite to advise them they had breached the contract and requested they retrieve their property from my residence while requesting my money back. I was met with more rudeness and threats of being sent to collections for the remaining balance since I did not fulfill the five required payments. Ignite maintains that my contract states "as is" and does not require a mini-split installation.I am unsure if it is accepting my contract upload and will be happy to email a copy if needed.

    I was going to buy a cabin from them online and they filled out the contract with the wrong information. They got my name wrong my phone number wrong the county I live in wrong and charged my bank account $418. I drove an hour and a half to the company to get it straightened out and they refused to do anything so I am canceling the contract. According to Oklahoma state law I have three business days to cancel the contract and they have 10 days to replace my money.
