      On thursday the 10th my mom and i brought the car before they opened for a diagnostic, they brought it into the shop and a brake hose broke when they were looking at it, the next day they called my mom and told her the issues, she said ok let me talk to my son and see what he wants to do, i had later called for an update and they said my mom approved them changing the brake line, i asked how much it was going to be, at the time they said $32 so i went to go pay it and get my car then they said there was a $150 labor fee, i said ok let me talk to my mom, because i knew for sure she would never approve that both because shes a ***** pincher and i can do that repair myself. I called my mom and she tells me she never approved any work and told them she would talk to me about it, so i ask when the manager will be in, they said the morning at 7 so i wait, i wrote a letter of dispute, i go i there around lunch to talk and he said hes old not stupid, and theres no way he heard wrong etc, he tells me i have to pay the full cost to get it back i told him to just take it off but he ignored it and said it would be a safety hazard then threatened to tack on a diagnostic fee if i didnt pay the brake line repair, he refused to sign my paper and told me i had to pay in cash so i went and got cash, got my car back, i dont get how they made me pay for a part they broke, i didnt have issues with it
