  Actually the store the same day Auto in ******** ******** but it's not coming up as that address but it won't allow me to put that address in there but anyway they ran my air conditioner did a test on it paid $1,700 they found a leak they said they fixed it then all the freon left ran out of the car I took it back to this actual location on the front the air conditioner part and then they said it was the coil evaporator ***** that was leaking so I took it back to the other same day I know and they were going to charge me another $1,800 to do it again and so I had to have another mechanic fix the problem for a cheaper price they did refill it with freon at no additional charge but they should have fixed the problem the first time the correct way but now I feel like I still have to pay out more money than I should have and now I take my car back because the other mechanic screwed up on my cruise control and my tracking and they're saying it's going to cost $1,700 to fix it and then they just looked at my car and they still charged me $307.00 just to look at it they're hungry money people *******'s the one up there that does all the decisions that am I understanding that he takes the people's money and laughs and jokes about it from inside reports from people that used to work there

  This is *******, the store Manager of the ******** location. On April 8th 2024, you brought your Durango in due to it not blowing cold. We performed an A/C Inspection & found that the vehicle had no Freon, looked further into why there was no Freon & found a/c ******* valve was leaking. After both ******* valves were replaced & a/c service was performed vehicle was blowing cold air. We also replaced the belt & drive belt tensioner assembly along with warranting your front brake pads that you had purchased from oreillys. Upon our conversation you drove the vehicle for a few weeks & started hearing a loud hissing noise coming from the dash, you took it over to our shop on ************ on April 23rd 2024 an that is when they found your evaporator had gave out leaking out your Freon. We offered to help you with the ***************************** decided to have your vehicle repaired by another professional. On May 7th you brought your vehicle back due to your cruise control not working & steering seems to be binding up after repairs were on your evaporator core that was performed by another mechanic, we checked & found vehicle had failure from airbag clock spring due to steering wheel being over rotated. Damaged when performance of evaporator core was performed due to having to remove dash to access a/c component.

  Same Day Auto Repair in ************ is crooked as they come. Do NOT take your vehicle there to be worked on ever! We hired them to do work on our ****** Murano, and although they recommended a long list of unnecessary repairs, we asked that they only change the power steering pump and rear brakes. We were in a situation where we needed our vehicle fixed asap and could not wait a week for other local shops to work us in. My wife is young and pretty and she took the car in by herself at first and they saw her coming a mile away. They charged her 3 times the amount for the work that other local shops said that they would have done it for. When performing the work, they coincidentally ran into more costly problems trying to add hundreds of dollars to the repair costs. When she got the car back, it took two days for the power steering pump to perform correctly. A week after their work we noticed that the car was going through power steering fluid worse than when we took it in. After going through 5 bottles of fluid in a week, we took it back to get looked at which was also drama. The techs again tried taking advantage of my wife by lying to her about what would need to be done to figure out the problem. Once they did look at it again, they discovered that the power steering hoses was leaking from both ends and needed to be replaced. Something that should have been caught before we ever left after the initial work was done. We paid extra money to have it flushed and checked prior to us getting it back the first time. They said that they didn't see it before and that it was gonna cost us $400 more to repair. We did not accept their offer and instead are going to a reputable repair shop that does not take advantage of women, upcharge services, and not honor their own warranties on work performed. I do not recommend this company, and will never use their services again.
