    The worst experience I have ever had getting glasses. Staff are rude and dishonest. Beware!!! They broke my Lindberg glasses then refused to replace them. They also refused to refund my $ I paid for lenses to put in them. The doctor tried to refer me for cataract surgery and when I got second opinion, the doctor said my eyes were fine.

    Our examination notes state to expect cataract surgery in the next 1-3 years, but that is just an expectation and could be a longer or shorter time line. We had you sign a damage and breakage waiver form because when we looked at the frame we had concerns the frame would break when putting new lenses into the frame. You only paid us for 1 set of lenses and we put 1 set of lenses in the frame that broke and then a 2nd set of lenses in a different frame that you provide at no additional charge. We are sorry that your old frame broke and wish you the best in the future.
