He temporarily put a pipe to septic tank for water and never removed causing further issues with a leak. We had to call the water department to report. He sent 2 young men who did not know what they were doing and then asked for $80 for gas! We had to call another plumber to fix All Britton's mess up. Don't recommend!

That is not the case, nor is it the whole story. 1 starNoticed a broken exhaust line in my attic and found the number for Britton Plumbing on my water heater. I called and spoke with Ryan who was incredibly rude. He was unhappy with the builder of the home and said we need to get our family out of the home or do it ourselves because he wasn't coming. He advised he didn't have to come since the warranty was past 1 year. As the homeowner, it's extremely disappointing that this plumber is putting his vendetta against the builders over our safety. 1 starThink twice before hiring this company. Gave us a verbal quote at home, ($85/hr) then sent 2 technicians instead of one and charged $40 more per hr then quoted. We were never made aware that the second person mostly observing- will cost us $40 extra per hr. We would never agree. We requested the detailed estimate in writting from the manager after the initial home estimate, yet we were not provided any details. The initial problem was not fixed. The technician made 7 cuts/ holes approx. a foot long in the insulation under the house looking for a problem and they left them open except for one the closest to the entry which was taped up. 6 holes left open for bugs and cold. But original problem was never fixed. The technician said on first visit that since he did not fix the problem (which is on him-his words) he will return following day and will not charge extra. We were charged extra for this visit and at much higher rate.
Verbal word/ estimate means nothing with this company. We were never made aware that time spent for going for parts is counted as work hrs of the tech. ( if we knew, we would get parts by ourselves if needed). When contacted the company manager about the unexpected excessive charges I was called “ungrateful”. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I would not recommend it to use their plumbing services.Review fromJaymee F
