      0 stars should be a choice. Tom (Direct) and Brenda (OPs Mgr) mismanaged my mother’s death certificate. I called repeatedly for follow up, but there was no professionalism. They blamed the Medical Examiners office and the hospital and doctors but after researching, I learned that for more than 10 days they took no action on the form that was ready for them. Even with my intermittent calling. They failed to add their own required signature until I basic had to call and demand they do so.
      And I had to follow up with ME office and Vital records myself. More than 3 weeks since my mom’s death and her death record isn’t even registered yet.
      Tom personally failed to sign. And I think it’s because it was a cremation.
      I have no recourse except to warn others. Shameful and disgusting that someone who just lost their loved one would be lied and given a runaround like this.
