    He technician Jeremy was great! He took the time to find the problem and helped get a new spicket fixed after it froze and busted. He understood my particular situation and listened to my concerns. He made the repairs needed and went above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend Wooten to anyone who needs a good plumber!

    Jeremy **** & Brian ****** are just hands down wonderful. They have a great character and undisputed integrity. Jeremy came into my home, he was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step so I knew what to expect. The staff at the office- Mallory & Heather have such great customer service as well. They are so great at communicating and letting you know when someone is heading your way or if for some reason there is a delay. I love their text service that sends a text before the tech is coming that includes their name and picture. Thank you Wooten Plumbing!!!

    Every time Wooten comes to my house it’s a perfect experience. The technicians are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. No BS. They always have a solution and work with me on how to fix the problem. Wooten is the way to go. Also, I bought the year long maintenance service agreement. In two visits I’ve more than paid for it.

    Had a plumbing backup in our sink at my office kitchen and called Wooten at 4:00 in the afternoon and they were at my office at 8:00am the next morning and had us up and going by 9:00!! Austin was great and explained everything that he was doing and cleaned up afterwards so absolutely will recommend Wooten and Austin and use them again if needed!!! Sorry Wooten - hopefully not for a while though!!!! ??

    Wooten Plumbing was excellent! Every individual that was involved with our plumbing needs was nothing but professional, kind, and respectful. They answered any questions we had and made sure all our concerns were addressed. They made necessary repairs and some new installation and we couldn't be more pleased. I can't express enough how wonderful the whole crew was and how happy we are that they were the company we contacted. I highly recommend them and should the need arise, will contact them again.

    I had Wooten Plumbing come out and install a sink in my garage. As always, they did an incredible job!! Michael Miller and Jack Walker did a beautiful job installing the sink and faucet. They were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I now have cold and hot water in my garage!! If you ever need a plumbing company don't consider any other company. Wooten Plumbing is the way to go!!

    Worst service of my life - spat 1500.00 in 2019 and another 1200 on the other two bahrooms - called out septic guys when he told me my septic was full - guess what - it still won't flush - I'm a window living on a social security check - I'm out 1100.oo and it stilll doesn'flush but my other two toilets r fine -what a firpoff - My hubby used to say "once SHAME ON ME,BUT TWICE, SHAME ON YOU!" Stay away - I cant believe how people tale advntage of senior citizens.

    Fabulous job went smoothly. Fast, efficient, conscientious, set new toilet. Fixed an old toilet we have had issues for years. Works great. And technician found water leak in wall behind toilet. Would have never known. A copper fitting was not installed properly. Would highly recommend

    We will never recommend wooten plumbing! We spent over $7,000.00 for a tankless hot water heater from them and for them to install it. We discovered they took an easy way out installing the drain pipe into an old drain and did not check that it was clear when the temperature got to freezing! We spent three days with no hot water over Christmas due to freezing. They wanted to charge us for correcting their installation error saying the way they installed it was in code in 2006. It is not in code now in 2022. If we would sell the house we would have to bring it up to code. It is very upsetting that they took the easy way out and will not correct the installation bringing it up to code so it will not freeze up every time the temperature is freezing. We have two more months to deal with their laziness!

    Hot water tank went out they made sure we had hot water by end of day. Employees explained what they were doing through the process Very courteous!!!!
