    I am submitting a formal complaint against Sapulpa Rural Water for its unfair and deceptive billing practices, which I believe could negatively impact many property owners in the area.I currently have an account with Sapulpa Rural Water in my name for property located at ********************, under *********************. However, I was recently informed that they will no longer send me bills, notices, or account information, despite the fact that I remain financially responsible for any unpaid charges left by my tenant.This policy is problematic for the following reasons:1. I am financially liable for unpaid bills, but I am being denied access to account information.2. If the tenant fails to pay, I will be responsible for unexpected debts, yet I will have had no warning or opportunity to address the issue.3. This lacks transparency and unfairly places the burden on landlords while shielding tenants from full accountability.I have contacted Sapulpa Rural Water requesting continued billing statements so that I can monitor the account, but they have refused. I find this practice unethical, misleading, and unfair to consumers.

    We are in receipt of your letter dated February 3, 2025, regarding the inquiry of **** ******. Please be advised that the ownership of the property is in question. Attached hereto is a copy of copy of a Contract For Rent To Own recorded in Document No. 2020017899 wherein Bengie ********, the prior owner of captioned property agreed with ****** St. *****, and/or ****** ******* to sell the property in question to them for $17,000.00 payable $400.00 per month. We have been furnished a copy of a Deed from from Bengie ******** to ******* and **** ******, recorded in Document No. 202411991. Also, we have been furnished a copy of Quit Claim Deed recorded in Document No. ********** from ******* ****** and **** ****** to ********** Properties, LLC. Apparently both parties claim to be the owner of this property and ****** St. ***** and/or ****** ******* are the current occupants of the property and are receiving water from Sapulpa Rural Water Company. Thus, Sapulpa Rural Water Company does not know who the true Owner of the property is

    However, we will in the future send copies of the water bill to both ********** Properties, LLC and ****** St. ***** until the ownership issue is settled
