I rented a cabin for one night. 1sr they overcharged me, rate was 55$ but charged me 85$2nd the room was nasty. There was mold in the small fridge. The toliet was stopped up. There was absoulty no hot water Only 2 light bulbs in the lights The shower was filthy. The floor was dirty had not been swept or moped in long time, the beds had hair pubic hair on them both they had a bed skirt, and top sheet only on them, the one towel that was left looked as though it had p*** on it. Trust me when I say this was beyond gross. I walked down to the store where I rented it at and told them, I even offered to clean it, I ask that they refund my money and they acted like they could not understand English. There was a young man there maybe 18 yrs old that followed me back down to the cabin . He went into another cabin and gave me one fitted sheet . I was so tired from driving that I just threw the bed skirt off and top sheet off bed and put the sheet on that he gave me and went to sleep. I got up at 6am and walked back to store to ask them what or how they wanted to fix this problem , again they all acted as if they didnt understand English. I went back to cabin and grabbed my bag . As I was leaving I stopped one last time and told the cashier that Im leaving and that I had taken the sheets off and sprayed the room down with some pinesol that I had had in my car, I told her about the mold, the pubic hair on the beds, the hand prints on the bed I told her how gross it was . She was white and acted sceard to say anything. I said loud enough to owners someone needs to clean those 4 cabins and make sure they fix the lights cuz its not only a fire hazard that mold will make people sick. They just ignored me. Ive sence called and just get hung up on.
