    We have had two open accounts with this business for many years, since Jan of 2023 we have not had phone service where we live. I have been calling about the service issues and when I call I am told that the towers are being upgraded to 5g and when that is complete we will have good service again. Despite of not having phone service i have been paying both bills for both accounts being reassured that when the towers are fixed we will have service. Workers from Bravado and Cross Telephone also tell me they will put in work tickets to see why they are not working and someone will call us. With no success i called on Monday to close our Accounts. I was told by the ********* store that i would have to pay my bill to close the account so I did. When it came to my husbands account they said they could not talk to me even though i had the password information , she said that was not good enough but she would take my card information to pay his bill. I asked for a manager and was told that I could not talk to as manager because that is the rule and they would tell me the same thing. I did call another store in ********* and was told that they have not serviced our area in quit sometime and she didn't understand why someone had not told me that i would need to get a new carrier. She (******) said she would put in a email to her manager and that someone would call me back. Today is Friday and no-one has called. I called this morning and spoke with the ********* office and was told that i cant talk to cooperate office, the email has been put in to ( ****) and she is screeched very thin and when she has a chance to get to me she will. This is NOT acceptable, if I had not been paying my bill they would have turned off my service regardless the situation and sent me to collections. Instead they have been taking our money on both accounts knowing that they don't provide service in our area anymore. I feel that is dishonest they should have to return the money they were taking.

    Customer will not be issued credit but will be let out of existing contract. ****** was not allowed to cancel service on ************ account due to not being the account holder. Customer has been notified.

    I have had bravado wireless for 4yrs and i have always had service. I have not had service in 3 months and I have missed very important calls I have to drive 20 or 30 miles just to get service and I have had to pay a bill every month for a phone I can't even use when I called about it and Said I wanted out of the contract and they want me to pay I shouldn't have to pay because I haven't broke my contract they are breaking the contract and I don't think that I should have to pay when I ask why I have to pay a bill when I can't use my phone they said you are out of our coverage area so there is nothing I can do about it.

    Customer has been advised that she will not have to pay for her devices and can port out to another carrier.  The *** has been notified this customer lives outside our local coverage area and should not have been activated.
