Service issues concerning multiple interruptions a week in their service. Repair issues concerning the business sending out techs to resolve the service issues but no resolution typically happens. Advertisement issues concerning consumer alleging being told that they have unlimited data but end up being charged for excess data. On October 28th, 2022 BBB submitted a second written request to the business encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of November 2nd, 2022, BBB received a response from the business stating that their company with recent acquisitions of several entities; went through a restructure in service. These operations have underway over the last 3 years. With changing the business environment and job marketing, staffing concerns have been a major issue for their operation. They remain focused on hiring top talent with competitive wages.
