    When picking up my trash about a month ago they set the can down and broke the wheel on the can. I called it in and they came out but proceeded to just put the broken wheel back on. I have called 6 times since and nothing is being done. I can't even move the trash from the curb bc the can will not roll. The wheel is sideways. I pay my bill every month on time but the service I am receiving is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. This is the second issue I've had to call them over. The first time, a couple months ago, they skipped picking up trash for our whole block. I called and told them and they came and picked up only ours. When a neighbor a couple doors down asked them why theirs wasn't picked up the driver argued with him that they did pick it up! There was 2 full weeks of trash in his can. If we could go with a different company I guarantee you we would and so would many others in this town. This is no way to do business.

    My complaint has been resolved. They brought me a new trash can. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.
