My name is ******************, I am an out of state buyer from the state of ********I made a deal with Sehorn Yamaha, *** in ******* Oklahoma to buy a 2014 Yamaha Stratoliner motorcycle , which the dealership was selling online using (CycleTrader.com). Date of the transaction: 3/22/2024.The amount of money paid for this 2014 Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe is: $7500 dollars Cash. The dealership informed me that the motorcycle was in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Everything is working, no scratches on the paint, nothing broken on the motorcycle, and it was inspected by their mechanic. When I received the bike in *******, I found multiple issues with the motorcycle:1-Noticable size scratch on the left rear fender.2-Broken tail light. 3- Blue **** on the Exhust pipe.4-Rust inside the Gas Tank, The fuel lines, and the main fuel pump. He never told me that I am buying the motorcycle AS-IS, or informed me that the Gas Tank was rusting from the inside. He also never had me sign any paperwork to indicate that I am aware of the damage to the mufller, the scratch on the left fender, the rust inside the gas tank, the fuel lines, and the fuel pump.I called the dealership to speak to my sales ****** (***********************) and explained to him the condition of the bike when I received it, and all the issues which I found wrong with the bike he sold me. He informed me that he is not willing to do anything to remedy the situation, and for me not to call him again. The Dispute is: he is saying that he sold me the bike in Excellent condition, and he wasn't aware of any issues with the bike.At this point, I realized that I was scammed buying this motorcycle from this dealership, because I was an out-of-state buyer and I did not see the motorcycle in ******. I took my motorcycle to a dealership in *******, and have them gave me an estimate how much all of these repairs to get the motorcycle to work. The amount of the damages (repair) came to $3,368.66 dollars. I am asking the BBB, to help me hold this dealership accountable for their scam, and cheating an out-of-state buyer out of his money, since I was dealing with them in good faith, and believed that the motorcycle is in excellent condition. The VIN #***************** The Dealer #UD2485 I have an estimate of the repair cost, and pictures to show the scratch on the left fender, the blue **** on the exhust pipe, the broken tail light, rust in the tank, fuel lines , and the pump. I will be more than happy to send these pictures to your e-mail.Thank you for your time.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response because: The pictures provided by the dealership are insufficient to show the Rusting tank, Rusting fuel lines, and rusting fuel pump on the inside of the motorcycle part. The picture shows the motorcycle was loaded on the truck and shipped to me, nothing else. The dealership failed to disclose the mechanical condition of the motorcycle before I bought it online. I made a deal with the salesperson (***********************) to buy this bike, based on him telling me that the bike is in excellent shape, and it was inspected by his mechanic. If I know that the bike has all these mechanical problems, I wouldn't buy it from him. The only reason I got scammed is, because I was an out of state buyer, and I am not there to inspect the bike in person. The salesperson concealed the rusting problem with the motorcycle at the time of sale. The salesperson never has me sign any documents; it says that the bike is sold AS-IS.

At this point, I am asking the dealership to take responsibility for the problem and refund me some of the money, which I paid for the bike, to fix it and make it work again. The repair bill is too high, and the dealer should pay at least part of the cost for not disclosing these problems to me at the point of sale.

      Sincerely,

      Sincerely,
