    Sold me a motorcycle 5 days later brought it back up there because I was having issues with the bike after telling me their service department went through the bike thoroughly and told me to bring it back if I had any problems. Had problems brought it back told me nothing was wrong with it. Went and picked it back up problem happened again took pictures had proof lead me on for a couple weeks then told me they’re not gonna do anything to help me.

    At Shawnee Motorsports, we take great pride in ensuring that all of our pre-owned units are in excellent condition at the time of sale. As demonstrated in the attached repair order, we invested nearly $1,000 to make certain this motorcycle was fully road-ready and safe for its next owner.


    The concern raised by the customer is that he believes the low fuel light activates prematurely. Based on our thorough evaluation, we respectfully disagree. The motorcycle has no mechanical issues, and it performs exactly as it should.
    With decades of combined experience in this industry, I can confidently say it's rare to find a 23-year-old motorcycle that runs as well as this one did when it left our dealership. Our service manager, who brings over 40 years of motorcycle repair expertise, personally rode the bike after the customer returned with this concern. His professional assessment found no faults with the machine.


    For over 18 years, our service department has maintained an outstanding reputation for quality and integrity. While we always strive to satisfy every customer, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, it may not be possible to meet every expectation. In this case, we believe we have done everything reasonably within our power to address Mr. Neighbors' concerns, though it seems we have ultimately been unable to reach a resolution that satisfies him.
