    Membership was put on hold online around 12/6/2024 and auto debit of roughly $86.00/month was supposed to have been stopped. It was not. I didnt notice until March. I called and explained the situation and that I should not have been charged for January, February, and March. I cancelled my membership over the phone. When I asked for reimbursement, I was told they would look into it. I was contacted soon after by someone who worked for Glo Tanning (I dont remember her name but she had an Australian accent) who told me she was looking into it and would stay in touch. No one has contacted me since and I was just charged $86.00 for April, even though I cancelled my membership. I havent stepped foot in their facility since the first week of December 2024 and they wont quit charging me.
