    On the 20 of April 2024 I ported out my phone number from my job because I resigned. I took ownership of the phone and my job allowed the porting. One month later I ported the number to my new job and they took ownership of the phone bill, however I was left with a 260$ early contract termination fee from Verizon and a carrier locked phone. After multiple phone calls where I received different versions of why I was liable of the fee, statements that they could not trace the contract with my previous employer and what to do to unlock the phone, I went to a corporate office. There I was told that upon payment of the remaining balance of 371$ the phone would be unlocked. I paid and called technical support and was told that they could not unlock the phone and that the lock was coming from my previous workplace. I contacted my old workplace and they stated no block was requested by them. Now I have a blocked phone and was charged a fee for a contract that I never signed

    I switched from TMobile with the promotion of trading in 2 iphones and receiving 2 new ones. Shipped my devices back same day **** tracking numbers attached) - one was delivered on 11/9 and the other one was on 11/20. I received an email on 11/9 that device was received (attached). I did not receive an email for the second phone but tracking number shows that was also delivered on 11/20. I received an email later on that you didn't receive the phones and promotion was reversed. I contacted your customer service several times - no progress made so far. This is my first and only attempt - I will go to small claims court after this if not resolved.
