      We buried my mother, ********************************* at this cemetery in August 2022 and paid for everything in full. We even purchased her headstone and till this day it hasnt been done. We attempted to call the office many times and they dont give us a solution. We want my mothers headstone to be done. We also want a monetary compensation for all the wait and inconvenience. We have made several trips to the cemetery in seek of a solution with no help.

      I reached out mid July regarding an issue I was having with Hill Crest Memory Gardens (complaint #********). I reached out because my mothers headstone had not been placed since 2022. The owner, Mr. ****** reached out to me last week and he is working on getting this corrected. 

      I am not sure how resolved complaints are recorded, but wanted to communicate with you so that the complaint can be cleared on your end. Mr. ****** was very kind and generous when resolving this claim.
