    Penalizing the number of golf members in our group for traveling from the ************* area (77 miles one way for me and even longer for some other members in our group). I thought the reason for a golf course was for people to play golf. There were 15 of us and we all were charged a $10 fee in addition to the normal green fees. Additional information is enclosed on file attached.

    Attached is an email reaching out to the group coordinator about their tee times. Staff also tried to call 5-6 times with no luck. We consider a group of this size to be a large outting/tournament as they originally quoted for 20 players. The individual who set up the day spoke with our assistant upon arrival and was completely understanding and did not say anything about their concerns. Due to not hearing back from him our assistant ended up giving them a break and not charging them a full rate for tournament. No concerns were brought to us before this letter was sent.
