    Arzon Development has placed an account in collections without ever sending me any correspondence regarding the charge. I do not feel I am liable for this debt. The collector for the debt is ** ********* ***. I have never signed any contract with ** *********, received any correspondence from said business, nor agreed to pay them for any alleged debt.

    to remove the collection account from my credit report permanently.

    **** **** ****. is owned and managed by Arzon Development Co. LLC. We have hired ** ********* to pursue our collection accounts.  *** **** ******* resided at **** **** **** from 5/27/2020 to 08/31/2023, at which time she was non-renewed by hand delivery from Marlow Police Department. After she had vacated the apartment, a certified letter was mailed to her on 09/28/2023. The letter was returned unclaimed. This letter informed her of the charges and the collection agency used. On 2/16/2024, a validation letter was sent and at that time the account was validated to the customer, with all required documentation to prove the account valid.

Arzon Development LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
