    As others here have echoed I was strung-along for over a year by this scammer. Contractor was contacted numerous times throughout 2022, we met onsite for measuring, etc. When the time came to actually install the staircase, I was met with nothing but excuses and overall lack of communication from November 2022 through February 2023 at which point I suggested we cancel the contract. Shane promptly agreed and indicated he would refund my money. I made multiple requests to his personal Venmo account ***********as his business account *********** was not configured to allow payment requests be made to it. Since agreeing to refund my $1800, the contractor has stopped responding to ALL correspondence (email, phone calls, and text messages). I have filed a police report, contacted BBB for all of his shill business names could find: Shane ****** *** ******** ***** ***** *** ******** ***** ****** *** ***** ****** ***** *** *** ***** ****** ** ******** *** ******** ***********
