    I would rate them zero stars if possible. We rented a van from Economy on a Wednesday. The way the billing works with this company if you don't have the car back by 5pm you get charged another day, which I am totally fine with. We were going to bring the van back Friday before 5 which would have been a 2 day rental @ 75 dollars a day which I would have no problem with except for the fact that I was unable to use the van at all on Friday because it would not start or take a charge and had to be towed from my home. I had to spend 60 dollars on a cab to take me to my appointments plus the 75 dollars for a van that sat in my driveway. I spoke with the owner Ron about this and basically was told that there was nothing he could do since I kept the van overnight Thursday. Part of that 75 dollars included the use of the van until 5pm on Friday. I was unable to use the van because it wouldn't start so basically I paid 75 dollars to have a van sit in my driveway while I had to spend another 60 to get a ride to my appointments which I had rented the van for that purpose. Didn't even get an apology or offer to somehow make it better. I would expect this from one of the employees but not the owner himself. Not asking for a full refund, just the day I paid for and couldn't use the van. Complete lack of customer service! I am also not the first to have a bad experience with this person/company.
