    I rented a room there for my mother and father on September 11th.there were bed bugs,so the next morning we went to the office to complain about it. she said that she would refund the money and it never happened. so I went back up there and she said she had to contact the owner for him to refund the money and called him on the phone. after she had already talked to him and they said that they would give me a refund. they never did and then he was supposed to meet me there the next morning to get my card information and that never happened.so I went up there a few days later and then she told me I was just trying to get something for free and this and that and I do have it on video of where they said they would give me a refund this while she's in one of the rooms cleaning barefoot smoking a cigarette and her dog laying on the bed .she was very rude and unprofessional from the get-go. I just want my money refunded like they told me they would.im tired of them trying to give me the run around.it won't let me download the video I have on this forum. If there is an email I can send it to I would be more than happy to.

    We try to contact guest for credit card information so we can issue the refund bcz credit card we have coming error so we have to verify the credit card number n refund it, we try to called XXX-XXX-XXXX but it's going on voice mail so we advice to called on XXX-XXX-XXXX ****** n give require detail to issue refund . Thanks
