    I took my car in to get fixed and they never fixed it. Took me awhile to find someone to look into it. The never checked the rotors and Breaks and my car almost caught fire when test driving the vehicle. Had over 2 gallons of oil in it. Where the air filter is supposed to be they took it out and stuffed napkins in there. The oil filter was so hard to get off that the mechanic almost broke his tool.

    After looking into this, we do not see that she has ever had a vehicle in our shop. If the vehicle was checked in under a different name and she can provide that, and the vin number, we would be happy to look into this further. Thank you.

    Put my truck 2005 2500 Ram in shop on or around 12-10-21 . Was told we had to order part after 6 months .I have talked to them over and over paid what bills I thought and now On 10-14-22 set up tow truck due to still not running. Was told we had a bill of $422.00 asked to pay 150 now and rest on 10-21-22 due to being broke. We were told that wasn't possible. How do you hold my vehicle ransom that is worth 15,000 for a debt of 400? If this is legal everyone ruling over the law should hang head in shame! I've made good money for my position in life we all deserve respect. Inflation at 8% is this legal?

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/28) */ The customer authorized the work being done, then said she had a shop that could do it for less. She said this after the work has already been completed. No payment arrangements were set up ahead of time.
