On May 9, 2023 *********************** was paid to replace our refridge and replace a converter from our insurance company. The Refridge has not been replaced and we bought and paid for the converter. He told the our insurance company that he bought it. As of today still nothing. We can not get our refridge replace by anyone else unless we pay out of pocket because the insurance company has already replaced it. We are stuck without a working refridge.

To who it may ********  This is *********************** with McKays Mobile Rv Repair.  I was called out to perform a task of repairing *************** Refrigerator last year in and around May.  During the process of diagnosis I had found that they needed to replace the fridge.   Problem was that  the fridge I first ordered came in with freight damage and there was not another fridge available to purchase at the time.   About a month after starting the Job my client had hired a private company to help them with there warranty issues  from ************ solutions.  I was contacted by a ************************* that was portraying to from the warranty/insurance company to where my client had coverage.   At the time of ****************** contacting me he had said that he had dug into the issue and said that I was correct that there was no Refrigerator available anywhere for me to just stick with it and continue to search for a new refrigerator.   By the time October came around there was supposed to be a refrigerator in OKC problem was when I drove out there it was a white fridge instead of a black one.   My Client at the time said that they was going to be storing the trailer till March of this current year 2024.  When March came around my client had Contacted me asking about refrigerator at same time telling me that his original refrigerator had started working.  I had told my client that we should go ahead and replace the Refrigerator so to it would more than likely not last long at all.  This is where everything started going ****   I was being ordered by the Client and this ************************* to pay My client ( ************** )  the money I received from the warranty company in full.   By being ordered to do so raised a red flag.   I was able to get through to the correct personal with the warranty company to find out what or how i should handle this situation and was given confirmation that ************************* did not have anything to do with my Clients warranty company and that if I were to have paid my client the money from the warranty company that i would have been committing insurance fraud.  (As i exspected) The warranty company advised me to send payment back to them and that they would contact my client and explain to them the process.   I will not in any shape or form put myself or business at risk over anyone trying to put money in there pockets by committing insurance fraud.  If you have any further questions please contact me at **************.    Thanks *********************** Owner / Operator of McKays Mobile Rv Repair

I would like to address *************************** response regarding the refrigerator replacement in our camper. We hired *********************** last year for this task. However, despite numerous attempts to contact him, he was often unresponsive.
****** had us sign a document that he claimed was necessary for the warranty company, indicating that he had replaced the refrigerator. According to our warranty company, this document was interpreted as confirmation that ****** had completed the replacement, which he had not. We have not received the refrigerator, nor have we been able to get any updates from ******.
****** stated that we told him we were putting the camper in storage from October to March. This is untrue, as our camper has been at ************** for the past two years and has never been moved. ****** also accused us of insurance fraud, yet he was paid $1,897.23 for a refrigerator that was never installed or delivered. Additionally, he billed our warranty company $360.70 for a converter that we bought and paid for ourselves on May 8, 2023.
Our warranty company representative, *************************, has repeatedly tried to contact ****** to demand the return of the funds. The claim number is ***********, and the contact number is ********** (*****). Despite these efforts, ****** has not returned the money, and we have been without a working refrigerator for a year.
We never informed ****** that the refrigerator was working; it has been non-functional since March 2023. ****** has consistently provided excuses, claiming illness or other issues. We have contacted another repair service, and they assured us that replacing this type of refrigerator is a routine task.
We urgently need ****** to return the money so we can get our refrigerator fixed. It is unacceptable for him to keep the funds without performing the work. ******** actions constitute fraud and scamming, as he has billed the insurance company, received payment, and failed to complete the job.
****** must be held accountable for his fraudulent actions and return the money so we can proceed with the necessary repairs.  Due to his neglect we are past our warranty period and now we have to pay out of our pocket the difference as the refrigerator is more than they were a year ago.

So here is the true facet.  ****** is committing insurance fraud.  He billed the insurance company money for work he has not done and refuses to return the money to the insurance company after several attempts from *************************.

      Thank you ******************* and *******************

On Wed, 6/22/22 at 1721 I texted Mr. ***** about coming to fix my RV's air conditioner. He did fix it, but within about 12 hr later, the air conditioner stopped working of which I contacted Mr. ***** who said he would come out and look at it again of which he did. He said he greased some things up and it should work again of which it did for about 12 hours then stopped again. Mr. ***** has hardly responded to either my phone calls and/or text messages to repair my RV's air conditioner. I asked for a $200.00 refund (about half of the original full cost) as he "guarantees" his work but has not been able to fix it nor has he kept in contact with me about progress. I can provide text messages and proof of payment if needed.
