    I had my car detailed on May 3rd, 2024. The problem is that he caused a short in my drivers side electrical panel due to excess moisture while cleaning. I told him immediately upon receiving my car that something was wrong. He tried to claim it was like that when I dropped it off (even though I have video proof that it wasnt). He stopped responding to my messages when I was trying to reach an amicable solution since he caused the damage to my vehicle. Very unprofessional.

    ********************** was an hour late upon arrival to her appointment. The expectations of the detail were reviewed. She stated that her main concern was a foul odor coming from the trunk area, which was properly addressed. Once the detail was complete, she received before and after pics letting her know the service was complete. 


    Upon her arrival, we proceeded to look over the detail, which she was happy with. However, after I explained to her why I could not re install her car seats, she became unpleasant. The vehicle was in complete working order before and after the detail process was complete. 


    She reached out stating her window wouldnt roll down, and after asking for a statement from a shop, none was provided. Just a request for a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    He is not being honest. I was never asked to provide documentation from the dealership.
    I reached out several times via phone call and text after the car was repaired  and did not receive a call back nor a text message response.
    I have and can provide the repair bill from the dealership, the cost to fix the damage was over $200.
