    I can concur with review by E. I've personally witnessed several no pick **** Pass byes. Intentional or accidental. That's a cringing moment for all observers. It could affect a passengers day dramatically.I have over 10 YEARS - as a regular buyer. Many routes. Often long commutes. Employment transportation remedy. "Conveniently inconvenient". Operationally adequate. My review is general customer service methods by an annoying experience today at *******************. Dealing with the diversity that the the public presents for any employee would certainly be difficult for many. No matter how diverse and/ or experienced in public professional matters one might be. Given! That said. There is a real problem with continuity in good customer service presentation. A creed here might be keep expectations low. However, perhaps try an upgraded or continuous re-train program on CUSTOMER service; a new program series would be say...beneficial! Rule 1 If someone truly does not like their job. Then...a "re-orientation study":) is appropriate. Policy protocols are outside the scope of review here. That said; I had an experience today that I found disappointing leaving me with a bad c/s impression. A week ago 130W to downtown on Friday or Saturday to my best belief; upon arriving at my destination realized I had left my jacket in transit somewhere. Several days later today- I have the time and opportunity to inquire at main booth (lost and found). I describe the lost article as a gray jacket that is light weight like a warm up top with a zipper up. Not even stylish Just personal. Versatile. With a whopping depreciated value of say 5 dollars! I call color description and type. The clerk immediately produced it. Identical it appears. Exact color. Exact size. However, she wanted it's commercial logo ID details before hand over or even full show. I don't recall them and the lighting is poor at the C/S Link Booth. *****. I am an older adult. You can Keep It.

    The bus 490b at 7:00am came to the bus stop and didn’t even stop kept going and it was a woman and her son and she was heading to take her son to school and I was waiting too this type of situation leaves a person late for appointments something needs to be done about the transportation system in Tulsa thanks
