    These guys are so dishonest! They sell you the wrong parts then lie about the correct parts and money to be returned. They should not be in business anymore.

    ****, Rats who dont return money and say your part will arrive eventually after you payed Thousands of dollars. If you are there turn around and drive of to *************, LKQ, Midwest, I dont know anywhere but here.

    I was under the impression new management would make company better. Man, was I wrong. The sales man, Kelley, if you would call him that is very rude and treat everyone who comes in like they are low class if they don't purchase any of his current cons on vehicles that are not ha ing the issues the customer pays for. Mike, the manager is a jerk who is nice to your face then doesn't even try to pay the amount of were originally told. This company is being run by a group of men that are very dishonest and self righteous which in turn has affected many people I know due to their recklessness. I strongly encourage anyone to keep on driving and browsing when it comes to auto salvage needs. This co.pany get negative 1 star. Boooo

    Made an order. paid by credit card.Funds transferred .Did not receive parts.Call them on phone.WAS TOLD they shipped.14 days later parts never arrived.Called.They responded with 'we will be sending a e-mail'.Now 18 days no tracking info was received. The only thing that happened was-I bought parts that I DID NOT RECIEVE.Called again. Promised shipping info.That never happened.One hour later called.They Said they sent info by e-mail.To my knowledege my text messaging and e-mail are vadid.Day 17 and I still have nothing.Call them again' we sent you all info-WE ARE DONE.At one time he gave me a tracking # said it was usps.I checked USPS,UPS,FEDEX tracking # not found.Dispute now on file with bank and I have no parts!

    Paid for a part upfront and owner Mike tells me on the phone there is a 30day warranty. Wasn't told it was only good for exchanging and that I wouldn't receive a refund for the wrong part that they gave me.
    I won't suggest anyone to use this place.
    All the negative reviews that you have shows what kind of business you run.
