      Terrible bank, take your business elsewhere. I originally started banking with BOKF out of convienience because they a had a location in a nearby grocery store that was a close distance from where I lived (since closed).Several of their locations have closed down because they are a poorly run bank, I have had an account with them for over a decade and they will still put a minimum 4 business day hold on new funds entering my account like im a criminal because I keep a low balance in that account. Their accounts; checking, saving, etc. offer some of the lowest interest rates of any banking institution and the things they DO offer are terrible compared to most other banks. Bank of Texas makes most of their money loaning money to oil and gas companies and therefore doesn't actually care about the personal banking side of the business. They are a garbage institution. Actually named Bank of Oklahoma but rebranded in Texas to manipulate Texans into doing business with them.Strongly recommend NOT using them for your banking services.

      Dear Mr. ****************** correspondence serves as the response by BOKF, NA (BOKF or the Bank) to the above referenced
      Complaint (the Complaint) submitted via the BBB on February 18, 2025. Please know that BOKF takes your
      Complaint seriously, and we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and protection.
      You state in the Complaint that despite having an account with the Bank for a long time, a four-business day
      hold was placed on funds deposited into your account. You state the hold made you feel like a criminal for
      maintaining a low balance in your account and you complain the Banks interest rates are lower than other
      financial institutions.
      First, we want to acknowledge and thank you for your business. We appreciate that you have been a client with
      us for many years. On Friday, February 14, 2025, you made a mobile deposit of a check in the amount of
      $30,215.00 (Check). You contacted the Bank on February 14, 2025 and again on February 18, 2025 to request
      the hold be removed.
      We have thoroughly investigated your Complaint and found no error by the Bank. A four-business-day hold
      was placed to allow us to confirm that the issuing bank would honor the Check. This hold was in accordance
      with the Digital Banking Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when you first used the ************
      Deposit Service. Items transmitted using the ********************** may be subject to a hold and will be
      available after the Bank receives payment for the funds submitted. All deposits are subject to review and held
      funds will be generally available no later than the seventh Business Day after the day of the deposit.

      If you have a choice in the matter, stay away from this company. My mortgage was purchased by (sold to) BOK and I absolutely hate it. Of particular note, their insurance claim handling process is excruciating. It’s like being punished for experiencing an insurance worthy loss.

      Terrible website.
      Can't change your password.
      Warren C********** just automatically withheld my money and put it in BOKF.
      When I wanted to get it out it turned into a deal.
      Took me 30 days to get my funds that I didn't authorize to be taken out of my paycheck anyway.

      If you do business with this bank do not get a credit card. I called and verified only had $7 and some change left on the card and paid it off, only to call this month (wanted to hear $0 on the card since it was a major accomplishment) and there was a $31 charge. The system the prior month did not state any amount other than the $7 statement balance and $7 amount due, no fee placed on the card, so I could have been strung along with "fees" no telling how long. The card was paid off, and after all the money they have made off of me in paying off the card to do this was shocking. The customer service person, Jasmine, did check and confirmed the system allowed her to take it off my account. She said in 3 days it will be removed and my account will say zero. I will be verifying that, as I no longer have faith in the bank.

      An absolute fight uphill to receive any information on on my account. I have mailed all of the information WITH the voided check to them. I have even used the tracking data from USPS to try to inform them that they have indeed received the information for which they asked. Now, every time I call to gain some kind of confirmation, all I get is their front line "bulldog" giving me the runaround and saying that they haven't received the package. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this company. I can't even bring myself to leave a single star. Although a minimum of 1 is needed to leave a review.

      Horrifying, their customer service needs a seeing eye dog. I fear the dog would have a better personality and perhaps some interest in helping. Our 7 different financial institutions we deal with is now 6 after Bank Of Oklahoma Financial was officially fired by us. I hated being treated like my funds were not important nor were we.

      Bank of oklahoma engaged in fraudulant charges on my account and stole thousands. Theyve been found guilty in class action lawsuits just because of reasons like this. They are run by criminals and need to be exposed.

      My elderly mom, a long time BOKF customer, sent money to my daughter, a tree trimmer, and a caregiver for my dad. BOKF talked with her and she confirmed that these were in fact legitimate payments. BOKF has since closed her accounts and reported her accounts to a local detective stating that my mother was the subject of "elderly abuse." She has available money and has no cognitive deficits. BOKF is the only one abusing abusing her due her age, ageism.

      Cashed out my 401K. Took over a month. They still use snail mail and fax to do business. They don't call or email if a signature is missing and MAILED my check, a substantial amount, even after I FAXED a blank voided check and fixed the signature mistake.
      Never doing business with this joke of a financial institution again.

      Horrible customer service, especially Devin. Attempting to rollover retirement funds, was advised it was a 7 day turn around. It had been over 2 weeks and they finally claim to have wired the money to the new financial institution but will not provide any kind of reference or confirmation number. I waited 2 days but the new institution does not have the funds. I attempted to get some information from Bank of ******** but was advised to call back after 24-48 hours. I told them that it has been 48 hours so they said to call back tomorrow. They can not and will not provide further information or allow us to speak to a supervisor. Devin is horrible at customer service, claims she is the highest level of customer service we can speak to. I have the recorded conversation to provide for review. TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!!
