    I purchased a cool botsystem for my air conditioner from high gravity for 368.00 on December 2nd 2022 it was debited from my account to December 5th of 2022 when I received the package I never opened it because I had already realized I had ordered the wrong thing when I returned it to them I returned it in the original package unopened and they're trying to tell me that I sent them back a office Depot notepad in place of the cool bot I never open the package so I don't know how I would put anything other than what was originally sent to me in that package. Also why would I send something I knew it wasn't when they were going to open it in the first place and I know they're going to open it cuz they want to make sure they have the right thing I believe this man is lying to me that either he sent out the wrong thing in the first place or he got the original product back and is now trying not to have to refund me my 368 dollars. I would just like my money back I am not a bad person I have never swindled anybody out of anything and I'm more than willing to do anything and everything I can to make sure that this person doesn't do this to anybody else

    We have issued a refund for this purchase.

    We did not initially believe that the item that was returned could have been the one that we sent. After carefully inspecting the envelope, it does appear that it was not opened before it was returned. It would seem that the only explanation that makes any sense is that the item was swapped out sometime while it was on our store shelf over the past several months.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.
