If I could leave a 0 I would!!!! I WAS using them to make my OG&E payments. This month I made a payment and then a week and a half later I received a letter saying my payment had been dishonored and I needed to pay the payment plus a $30 returned check fee and if it happens again they are going to make me pay a deposit in the amount of my 2 highest bills from the last year. I got a hold of my bank and they looked into it and said they didn’t reject the payment they wouldn’t have had a reason to that it had to have been an error on OG&E’s end. So I called OG&E and they said I’d have to call US payments so I did and the lady was very rude and after she asked some information she said the account number was wrong and that I must’ve entered it wrong. There were a few extra numbers in what she read back to me and I told her I could see me maybe getting a number wrong but extra numbers doesn’t make sense. I’m very anal about doing stuff like that so I ALWAYS watch my phone screen and make sure I enter the numbers correctly and listen as they read it back. She was very adamant though that it was my fault but finally she said well I can have someone look back at the call if you’d like and see if it was you or on our end. I agreed and I got a call back saying she can’t look back at the automated call so there’s no way to know if it’s on there end or mine. So I called OG&E back and they said if I can’t prove it’s US payments fault the return check fee remains and if it happens again I’m liable for the huge deposit.
