    I chose Proforma One because the owner was a friend. What started off as a 10-12 day rush order. 100 count order of simple graphic tee shirts grew to 300 as well as small order of 25 count embroidery company shirts ended in a complete unprofessional experience. ( We also ordered the same but less than 5 days rush order from two other companies for a 4000+ count and had zero issues. ) Proforma One 1) Order delivered to wrong location with no apology. Email from PFO Owner stated no shipping charge 2) but accused me of being wrong although it was in writing. One & half month later, although samples were never requested, a random email was sent via his help 3) asking to pay for them! No label offered until days following that email. Our company issued two check 4) since one invoice could not be issued by Proforma One. Multiple emails. 5) Confusion constantly. My final email entailed professional content that we would only be paying 2 invoices and our business transactions are finished. The owner of Proforma One's 6) reply was slanderous and abusive verbally as he attacked my family and coworker which had NOTHING to do with a tee shirt order at all! Dumbfounded at the narcissistic and unprofessional behavior an individual can hold, personally and in business. ****DO NOT USE!!****
