      I contacted tighten the alarm company to install an alarm for my home at *************************** when the sales ***resentative came to my home he noticed that I had PTZ cameras and offered to install those cameras and a monitoring alarm system doing the installation of my PTZ cameras the sales *** fell and damaged my ceiling cracking it they proceeded to have a technician come and install the actual alarm system the following day assured me that the damage to my home would be ***aired I had medical appointments in the state of ********** and two days later I left for the West Coast stayed out there for a period of two and a half months doing which time my alarm system never work properly they had to force bypass of my real door in order to set the alarm upon my return back to ***** Oklahoma I contacted the original salesperson explaining that I was continuously having false alarms because now I was actively coming in and out of my home and it was still having to force bypass of the rear door in order sat the alarm there was an excess of 10 false alarms that was responded to by the monitoring company then the alarm itself start beeping continuously for over a 3-week period day and night periodically three loud disturbing beeps would occur day and night 24 hours a day serverl technicians came out and said the problem was solved however within a couple hours the loud persistent annoying beeps would reoccur at this point I was exploring the lemon law position and wanted to cut ties with this company however now after all of this mental suffering and damage to my ceiling they are wanting to charge me or early termination fee of 80% of a 3-year contract that we only been engaged in for less than 90 days and doing the course of that 90 days the equipment never function properly not even once I like to file a complaint against this company and resolve this problem with y'all help and get my property ***aired thank you ******** ******** **** ****** retired US army

      I signed a 3 year contract in April of 2021 and have had problems ever since. The main problem was that my system was having intermittent connectivity issues, it wouldn't receive an ADC receipt when I tested it. This problem was explained to the sales rep (Jeff ****) prior to me signing the contract and was assured that it would be fixed, and it never was. A couple other problems consisted with the thermostat not working, which I was told to unplug it and plug it back in and batteries dying, which were supposed to have brand new ones upon installation. After having technicians come out 5 times to "Fix" it, I decided to cancel my service. I called titan alarm in october of 2022 to cancel and they told me to call ****** to cancel my contract. So I called ****** and explained all this to them and they wanted to send someone out again. I told them no that I wanted to cancel my contract and that I wanted a final bill. Since then I have called 2 more times requesting the same thing and I have yet to receive anything. At this point I am tired of wasting my time and all I want is my contract canceled.

      This was my security alarm provider. They are also under the ****** umbrella. Had a 3 year contract which I paid in full and on time. They continued to raise the rate annually. With several attempts at closing the account, I finally went to the office and spoke with the owner who refused to help me. After phone calls, letters and emails a collection agency began calling daily, each time I ask them to have ****** call me to resolve the issue. Each time I called them, I held for long periods of time, as soon as I told them I wanted to close the account they disconnected the call.
