      Hired ***** ********* from Pro Steamer Plus to clean a leather couch. He was paid in full by credit card. He additionally charged 2 more charges for $210 each. I contacted him and he said it was a billing mistake and he would refund me. It has been one month since the fraudulent charges and he continues to text me that he has sent the check I have not received any refund as of today August 21, 2024 Do not use this persons company

      On January 20th of this year ***************************** came to my house to clean out the air ducts. After he left I realized that he didn't do the ceiling vents and via email I asked him and he said he forgot so he scheduled a day to return to clean them. On the day he was supposed to come, he notified me that he was having equipment problems so he rescheduled again and said he would include disinfectant for free for the inconvenience. On the next day he was supposed to come, I got another text saying still having equipment problems so rescheduled again. Next day he rescheduled he sent text the night before rescheduling due to weather. On the 4th rescheduled date he called yet again to say he couldn't make it due to a flat tire. At this point he said that he would issue me a full refund and that he would have his bank issue a cashiers check to me. That was 2 weeks ago and still no refund. The work order/receipt states that he would come back to finish but he never did. I want a full refund since I am now going to have to find someone else to do the job correctly.

      December 1, 2023, I had clean up pros pick up three rugs to be cleaned. They were pretty dirty and had a lot of dog hair on them but clean up pros said they could *********** clean. ***************************** picked up the rugs and he claimed to clean them. He brought them back on December 18, 2023. On December 23,2023 I took one rug out of the plastic to put in my living room getting ready for Christmas Eve as I had family coming. When I unrolled my rug it was just as dirty as when ***** picked it up. I vacuumed the rug three times and got most of the hair up and waited until after the holidays to contact *************************** to complain about the state of my rugs and how they came back filthy. I contacted him on January 3, 2023 and let him know that my rugs were still dirty and they shouldnt have been after having them for two weeks and that I wanted my money back. He responded with his price list for cleaning rugs. January 4, I responded back and said that I was wanting a refund to which he ignored my request and later that day blocked me. I called ***** to let him know I wasnt happy and wanted my money back. He said hed clean the rugs again but I told him Id rather have my money back. ***** said hed talk to ********* and get back with me. Hes now not answering my calls. I just want my money back. I wasnt offered a receipt and I paid cash.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I believe this is the business. The technician told me to get in contact with ***** and ***** is the person who sent the email. This business isnt trying to resolve this issue. The owner still has me blocked and Ive no way to contact them.
