      PHONEDOCTORS ************************************ Date of my dealings with Phone Doctors 07.29.2024 - 08.09.2024 I sent my 2020 moto edge + in to Phone Doctors Tulsa for repair. The only thing that was wrong with my phone was that it had a busted screen. It worked great otherwise This is a $1300 phone.I sent it in they replaced the screen and then contacted me saying it now had other problems and they needed to order some more parts to complete my repair I said that was fine as I have a backup phone.After waiting they finally contacted me and stated the they can't repair my phone and will be putting the broken screen back in it and sending it back to me. Basically I am SOL. I requested that they compensate me somewhat since the phone was working fine when I sent it in other than the broken screen . I was basically told NO deal with it So now my $1300 phone it a paperweight that I can't use. It was working fine when I sent it to them just needed a screen What I would like for them to do is send me $200 for ruining my phone and send it back to me not working. Or they can keep it and send me $200 compensation it does not matter because the phone is a paperweight.

      I have screenshots of the entire conversation but could only attach the last five screenshot files. (I took a screenshot and moved to the n xt part of the exchange and took another and so on)

      08.14.2024 at 8:43 am  was  my last inquiry but no response
      I received the busted non working at all phone today (08.23.2024) shipped ***. No contact no compensation just a phone that no longer works. The one I sent them only has a busted screen . This is a $1300 phone in question.

      I can send the entire conversation and pics of the phone to ftp, Dropbox,etc. If needed.

      Here are some additional pics of the shipment I received yesterday Friday they sent me back the phone with the original busted screen and it has additional problems audio camera etc without any kind of contact communication or anything about this would be pertinent to the case to include this a picture of the shipment that they sent back to me unrepared and in worse shape than I sent it to them

      When we received the device for the screen repair, unfortunately we did not test to see if any other parts were malfunctioning. Once we installed the new screen, we discovered the camera would not work when used for video and the loud speaker would go in and out. We also found that it was not charging correctly. We were able to fix the charging issue by installing a new flex cable. However, even installing new cameras and new loud speakers did not fix either of those issues. We notified the customer. We offered to get him an exact replacement device for the same cost that we quoted we would do the screen repair for, so he would not have to spend any extra money than what was quoted. He originally said yes, but then he decided to get a new phone for only $100 more than the price we quoted. He asked if we would buy his phone from him for $100 but we declined. So we sent his device back to him with the original broken screen, and with the fixed charging flex. We never charged him any money for any services, parts, or shipping.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      I sent them a working phone with only a broken screen. I sent the phone to them in good faith.

      I received the phone back in worse shape than I sent it. Yes they did replace a cable that they admittedly damaged. I would like compensation for my phone that I can no longer use because of them. If I take it to someone else for repairs or is going to cost more than $200 . If I had taken it to someone else and let them simplify replace the screen all would be well. I still want the $200 compensation for the phone they ruined
