      On September 29 I arrived at the repair pros place of business on 71st and ******** in ***** oklahoma.I paid 160 dollars for my phone to be repaired and was informed it would be ready the next day on the 30th. Upon arrival the next day, the store front was closed despite it's business hours, which where 10am to 6pm.Upon trying to contact the business through phone the call was immediately forwarded to an automated message with no voice mail. In spite of this I attempted to contact the business through email, their personal website, their other store's phone number, their appointment phone number, as well as stopped by their naiboring location in broken arrow, the adjacent town. In all cases I was unable to et in contact with them. I need my 160 dollars back with my broken phone or my phone with services rendered.

      I dropped my childs ipad off for repair which included a battery replacement a new screen and screen protector; he made me pay before(at drop off) repair was done told me he would call me when it's ready the next day because he had to order a battery on 09/20/2024 and the next day came he never called so i decided to go get it since I was already out around 3:00-3:30 i walked in and got it said thank you and walked out. Now a few days ago on the 25th my daughters ipad suddenly stopped working went completely black and no longer worked so i called around 5:50 almost 6:00 that day and he said to bring it in thursday the 26th , I tried to bring it in around 2:00 pm the website said open and i called had no answer so i showed up the doors are locked and i decided to do the same thing today 09/27/2024 the website once again said open and i called no answer so i showed up again doors locked! I feel played out of my money and my time and its only been 7 days since its been fixed!
