    First, I see that On The Cusp Pediatric Dentistry is not even accredited by the BBB. Boo.

    I am so disgusted with the LACK OF GRACE this office displays for the sake of a dollar.

    In March, I scheduled my son's visit. I wrote the wrong date and missed the appointment. I understand that being a no call no show. I was able to reschedule and see a very kind dentist.

    Today, I had to reschedule because I was unable to get away from work. They said they would not be able to reschedule unless I paid $50 for a rescheduling fee, because this is the SECOND time in a YEAR I had to reschedule in less than 48 hours.

    So, if your looking for a dentists office that values a child's teeth - I would 100% KEEP LOOKING. They value the dollars your teeth bring. I understand that their time is important, and so is the patients.

    Look for a dentist office that has grace, kindness, and compassion when the patient and the family have a hardship - NOT the kind of dental office (On the Cusp) that adds to the hardship by trying to "fine" parents $50 for experiencing real life hardships.

    I have never in my life been treated SO POORLY. I am truly disgusted, annoyed, and angry.
