  Williams Leveling began foundation repair September 2021. When **** ****** and his employees first came to the house, I was getting over COVID, not feeling well I had forgotten to get a receipt and contract. I have paid $9,000. The foundation has not been completed, still have no receipt or contract. Several weeks can pass without me hearing from Mr ******* I cannot finish other needed repairs and improvements until the foundation is completed. I put a deposit on a new roof September of 2021 as well. The roof cannot be replaced until the foundation is completed. Due to rain, winds, tornadoes the more leaks have developed causing water damage to ceilings. Also rain water runs down the inside wall and onto the floor in the back kitchenette. I've started painting ceilings and pull up new tiles due to water damage. Had the foundation already been repaired, the roof would already have been replaced. When foundation work began the pipe under the toilet in the back bathroom broke from the house shifting. Mr ****** said it would be replaced. It still has not been replaced. Now I'm concerned about my septic since dirt gets in the pipe due to rain water under the house from rain during this whole time. I hold Mr ******* Williams Leveling responsible for any damage to my septic system. I also can't replace needed, siding, windows, doors and flooring until foundation is completed. Not being able to have these repairs done has caused utility bills to be high due to energy loss especially during the winter. Mr ****** has never apologized. There are times I have left the key to the house in order to assess the floor sloping. I have come home multiple times when he's sitting in my living room talking on the phone. He and his employees are usually only at the house 45 minutes to 90 minutes then leave. I have told him they need to come every week until the job is complete but this doesn't happen. This has been extremely stressful and exacerbates symptoms due to health conditions.

  Williams Foundation has been in contact with client trying to coordinate scheduling and what needs done next.  While we dont agree with all statements made here we always strive to get the job done properly for all clients. There are many different factors that cause delays and some jobs to take longer than others. Not all houses are the same or easy fixes. Not everyone understands that and we do our best to explain. Our plan is to get this right.
