    I received this blue elite visa debit card and just recently activated it. My job put my pay on the card. I have been to
    2 ATM's and the card is declined even though it says I have $163. on the card. The card has been activated. I want to use the card. I have been trying at Allpoint in Walgreens since there is no charge at that kind of ATM. I tried to call them and it said there may be a charge for the call and the wait time to speak to someone is over 60 minutes. I tried to set up an online account and it said it can't be done at this time.

    I was able to use the card at retail locations but
    just not at a Wellpoint ATM. I am satisfied with
    that. You can remove complaint. I will contact
    you if I have any more problems with it.
