I had financed a car for my wife through Oklahoma Central Credit Union. She wrecked the car. After insurance paid, ************* was supposed to have covered everything. We were not informed until after ************* kicked in that it did not cover interest owed. I want a couple of steps taken for problem resolution:1). I want them to admit that they defrauded my wife and I up front, and absolve us of responsibility for the amount they claim that we owe. 2). I want them to remove the negative remarks from the account, and list it as "Paid as Agreed." 3). They should be expected to tell their future customers from the beginning that ************* doesn't cover interest; this will ensure that people are not taken advantage of when unfortunate circumstances arise. These requests are more than reasonable, and will not cost Oklahoma Central Credit Union any money that is honestly earned by and legally due to them.

Not knowing that my spouse had missed a month or more vehicle payments during our divorce as she had done since 2018 every month being I'm disabled, she insisted kept the payments and I was alerted of the issue after few months with a phone call earlier this year. I had made every payment each month on the 3rd it was due the 14th ea month. I called in to make September payment on Monday the 5th since Saturday was the 3rd. I was alerted by the agent that she would not be able to assist me with making a payment. The vehicle had been tagged for repossession since I'm 90 days behind. "I have made every month how is it possible?" After discussion with chain of custody people it was decided that I would continue to make payments just as I had plus +$50.00 towards the 1st quarter missed months and promised to pay in full balance asap when the home sold which was pending. The repo team had been called off and a deal had been struck. 2 wks into October I received a phone call from someone identified as employed at the county court house and asked if I could come early that same day. I arrive at the courthouse at 1:00 p.m. 2 hours early when I walk outside 125 p.m. 1:30 p.m. around there the truck which was parked handicap front row is missing. It had been repossessed and the sheriff department received the phone call of the repossession hours earlier. How they knew I was going to be there is beyond me. But the bank stated that because I had missed a signature payment on a non collateral loan the consolidation loan and before September 30th in person automatically made October late Regardless. The bank repossessed my vehicle due to a separate loan a consolidation non collateral signature loan payment missed, I can't prove this theory but I believe the repossession company is the same company that drove into my backyard to get vehicle only to clip my fence and brought down an 8 ft by 8 ft section. I've made inquiries it's always "Barbara call plz call me at 918" & Nobody does

The borrowers were granted an auto loan through Oklahoma Central Credit Union on October 8, 2018, in the amount of $13,210 secured on a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
The Oklahoma Central Collections team has had numerous conversations with the borrowers throughout the course of the loan.
The timeline of the repossession is below:
10/03/22- Auto assigned to repossession company to locate and repossess.
10/26/22- Auto repossessed from the Okmulgee Court House at 1:24 pm. It has been asserted in the claim there was damage to a fence at the borrower's residence by the repossession company. No access was ever gained to the borrower's personal residence to pick up the collateral.
The auto was repossessed due to the delinquency on this loan however, the promissory note signed by the borrowers does state that the Credit Union is cross collateralized on all loans and savings/checking accounts.
OCCU has reviewed all collection notes on this loan and has determined the credit union acted in good faith to come to amicable arrangements with the member until the member failed to meet their legal obligation under the signed contract.
We have reached out to the borrower by phone, and should the borrower have any additional questions they can reach us directly to discuss any concerns.
